Senator Robert Menendez, introduced a new bill (2. 3616) concerning legalized online poker. According to the senator Poker needs to be qualified as a game of skill and not as a game of chance. The bill is named ISGLC (Internet Skill Game Licensing and Control) and equalizes poker to skill games as chess, rummy and backgammon.
